1. Write to us
Ask us anything about an order, about which size fits your machine, or about sending something back. Give us your order number if the question is about an order, and the brand and full model number of your machine if the question is about fit. That is usually all we need to answer in one go.

2. Contact form
The form asks for your name, your e-mail address, an order number if you have one, your machine model if the question is about fit, a subject (order, sizing, return or other) and your message. Only the name, the e-mail address and the message are required.
