Shipping and delivery
In short
- We ship to every country: from $5.00 per order to the United States and six EU countries, from $25.00 to Brazil and Mexico, and from $22.00 to countries without their own rate. Some items ship at their own rate because of their size or weight; the checkout shows the exact cost in the currency you shop in.
- The order is picked and packed in 2 days; the delivery time then depends on the country and is listed for each country on this page. For countries without their own rate the delivery time varies.
- Parcels to the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada are sent with the import taxes prepaid, and UK prices include UK VAT; in rare cases a local fee or tax may still be charged there. To other countries, duties, taxes or clearance fees set by the destination country may apply and are payable by the recipient.
- For Brazil and Mexico the recipient's tax ID (CPF or CNPJ, RFC) is required at checkout.
- Track the parcel yourself, and tell us within a few days if something is wrong.

1. Where we ship
We ship to every country. The countries in the table below have their own starting rate and delivery time; every other country is shipped at the rest-of-the-world rate in the last row.
The rates on this page are shown in the currency you are shopping in. They are starting rates: some items ship at their own rate because of their size or weight, and the checkout shows the exact cost before you pay. The delivery time counts from the day the parcel is handed to the carrier, after the 2 days it takes to pick and pack the order (see section 3).

In the United States we deliver to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). An order to the United Kingdom may contain goods worth up to £135 excluding VAT, see section 4.
Brazil and Mexico. Customs in Brazil and Mexico require the recipient’s tax ID. For a delivery to Brazil the checkout therefore asks for the CPF or CNPJ, and for a delivery to Mexico for the RFC. An order to these two countries cannot be placed without it.
2. Cost
Shipping is charged per order, starting from the rate for the destination country in section 1. Some items ship at their own rate because of their size or weight; the checkout shows the exact cost before you pay. There is no minimum order value. Orders of $150 or more ship free to every country we deliver to; the checkout shows it. The cost is shown in the cart and again in the order summary, in the currency you shop in, before you place the order.

The delivery times are what the route normally takes, not promised dates. Customs checks, a public holiday or a carrier delay can add days, and we cannot control that. If your parcel is clearly late, write to us and we chase it with the carrier.
For countries shipped at the rest-of-the-world rate the delivery time varies, and we do not give an estimate.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are usually picked on the next business day.
4. Taxes and customs
Deliveries within the EU. Prices in this shop include VAT, and the parcel is sent with the import taxes prepaid.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom. Prices for delivery to the United Kingdom include UK VAT at 20%, which we charge at checkout and pay to HM Revenue & Customs. An order to the United Kingdom may contain goods worth up to £135 excluding VAT. For such a consignment the UK VAT is charged at checkout instead of at import.
Deliveries to the United States and Canada. The parcel is sent with the import taxes prepaid.
For the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, in rare cases the carrier or the customs authority of the destination country may still charge a local fee or tax. We do not control this and cannot rule it out.
Deliveries to all other countries, for example Brazil or Mexico. For most destinations the import taxes are prepaid as well, but duties, taxes or clearance fees set by the destination country may apply, and they are payable by the recipient. They are set by the country of destination, not by us, and we cannot tell you the amount in advance.
A payment request you did not expect. If you receive a request for payment on delivery that you did not expect, take a photo of the notice and send it to [email protected], and we will look into it.
5. Tracking
As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier you get a dispatch e-mail with the tracking number. You can follow the parcel yourself on our tracking page with the tracking number or the order number.
A tracking number can take a day to show its first scan. That is normal, and it does not mean the parcel is lost.
6. When something goes wrong
Write to [email protected] with the order number and, if you can, a photo. Three cases come up most often:
- The parcel arrived damaged. Ask the carrier to record the damage in a damage report, at delivery if you can, and photograph the box and the item before you unpack any further. With the report we exchange the item free of charge; the steps are on the returns page.
- Something is missing. Tell us which item and check whether the dispatch e-mail lists it. Orders are occasionally split into two parcels, and the second parcel follows a day or two later.
- The wrong item arrived. Keep it in the packaging and write to us. We send the right one and pay the return shipping for the wrong one.
Your legal guarantee of at least two years and your 14 day right of withdrawal apply on top of all of this. The practical return steps are on the returns page.
