A welded stainless steel tray with the Gaggia hole pattern
This Gaggia Classic stainless steel drip tray replaces the machine's own tray on the Gaggia Classic Pro, Evo, E24 and RI9403. It has two stainless steel parts, a welded tray body and a grate that sits on it like a lid.
Together they stand 25 mm tall, and the body holds a generous amount of water.
The grate has the hole pattern of the Gaggia grate: 69 holes of Ø8.5 mm on a 14 mm grid, two Ø16 mm holes and a Ø11.2 mm hole for the tube.
The grate's skirt ends 0.5 mm above the counter, so the grate always rests on the body walls and does not rock.
How it fits
Take the machine's tray out, set the body in its place and lay the grate on top. The tray stays 4.1 mm inside the machine's front face. The Long Vent Tube that comes with it, Ø5 × 161 mm, passes through the Ø11.2 mm hole in the grate.
Materials and care
Both parts are laser-cut and bent from 0.8 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, and the body is welded.
We make each tray ourselves and finish it by hand, so small surface marks and slight differences in finish can occur. Wash the parts by hand and dry them after washing.
