A bench that keeps its own order
This set puts the puck-prep tools and a knock box on one wooden organizer, with a bottomless portafilter as an option. In 53.3 mm it is a Sage Barista Express accessories set; the 51 mm and 58.5 mm versions are for De'Longhi and for E61 machines.
IKAPE states that the organizer holds every tool in a fixed position and that you can prepare the puck on it.
What is in the set
- V2 espresso knock box and wooden organizer: the V2 knock box and a wooden organizer that stores the tools. The knock box takes the spent puck.
- Palm calibrated tamper: compresses the bed before the shot.
- 2-in-1 distributor and tamper: levels the bed and presses it in one tool.
- WDT tool with stand: needles for breaking up clumps, with a stand to rest on between shots.
- V1 espresso puck screen: laid on the tamped bed before you lock in.
- Bottomless portafilter: an option in three versions, one per size.
IKAPE states that the set includes a hand-held tamper with a built-in double-stage spring, which makes the ground coffee easy to press.

Materials and care
IKAPE names food-grade 304 stainless steel, aluminium alloy and natural solid wood for the set.
Keep the wooden organizer away from standing water and wipe it dry. Rinse the puck screen and the basket after use. Wipe the tamper and the distributor with a damp cloth and do not soak them. Empty the knock box at the end of a session.
