A 9 bar OPV spring for Gaggia Classic models from 2015 (EU) and 2018 (US) onward, made of stainless steel. It replaces the spring in the machine's over-pressure valve (OPV) and is made for 9 bar. Matte stainless spring wire 0.8 mm thick, 13 coils, 23 mm long and Ø7 mm across.

A 9 bar spring for the over-pressure valve
This Gaggia Classic OPV spring replaces the spring in the machine's over-pressure valve (OPV) on models made from 2015 for the EU and from 2018 for the US. It is made for 9 bar.
The spring is wound from matte stainless spring wire 0.8 mm thick. It has 13 coils and measures 23 mm long and Ø7 mm across.
How to use it
Take the original spring out of the over-pressure valve and put this spring in its place.
Materials and care
The spring is stainless steel with a matte finish. If you wash it before fitting, wash it by hand and dry it afterwards.
