A cover with two recesses for your tools
This Gaggia Classic water tank cover fits the Gaggia Classic Pro, Evo, E24 and RI9403 and takes the place of the black lid insert on top of the machine. The machine's black frame stays where it is.
Two round recesses, Ø60 mm and 4 mm deep, hold a tamper and a leveller. A fin in the centre, between the recesses, lifts the cover out.
How it fits
Take out the black lid insert and put the cover in its place inside the frame. The top of the plate sits level with where the old lid top was. It needs no tools and no modification to the machine.
Materials and care
The cover is 3D printed in matte black PLA, and like any 3D printed part it shows fine layer lines on its surface.
PLA softens with heat, so wash it by hand in lukewarm water with mild dish soap and keep it out of the dishwasher.
