Choose the right size

500 ml (17 oz): the smaller jug, for one milk drink at a time.

How to use it

Fill the jug with cold milk to about the base of the spout.
Hold the steam wand tip just under the surface, open the steam and let the milk start to turn.
Once the milk is warm, lower the tip a little and keep the milk turning until the foam is smooth.
Tap the jug once on the bench to break large bubbles, then swirl until the surface is glossy.
Pour from the hawk spout, then rinse the jug before the milk dries.

Materials and care

The jug is 304 stainless steel with a shiny, smooth body and no mechanical weld marks. Rinse it under hot water straight after pouring, because milk dries onto warm steel quickly, and wash it by hand. Keep abrasive pads and steel wool off the coloured finish, and dry the jug before you put it away.
