A new grate for the Dedica's own drip tray
This De'Longhi Dedica drip tray grate fits the Dedica EC685 and EC885. It replaces the grate only: the machine's own drip tray stays, and this grate goes into it where the original grate was.
The tapered outer edge and the 6 mm skirt underneath follow the original grate, so it sits in the tray the same way. The grate is 9 mm tall, and its 3 mm top plate has 50 slots in even rows.
How it fits
Lift the machine's grate out of the drip tray and set this one in its place. It needs no tools and no modification to the machine.
Materials and care
The grate is 3D printed in matte black PLA, and like any 3D printed part it shows fine layer lines on its surface.
PLA softens with heat, so wash it by hand in lukewarm water with mild dish soap and keep it out of the dishwasher.
What's in the box
