A place for the portafilter on the side of the Dedica

This De'Longhi Dedica portafilter holder fits the Dedica EC685 and the Dedica Arte EC885. It keeps the portafilter on the right side of the machine.

A clip hooks over the top right edge of the cup warmer, just in front of the water tank, and a 45° face sits on the warmer's chamfer. The back plate rests on the right side panel and is held there with an adhesive strip.

The portafilter hangs between the two arms with its handle down. It can be the original De'Longhi portafilter, spouted or bottomless.

How it fits

Hook the clip over the edge of the cup warmer, and the adhesive strip holds the back plate on the side panel. It needs no tools and no modification to the machine.

Materials and care

The holder is 3D printed in matte black PLA, and like any 3D printed part it shows fine layer lines on its surface.

PLA softens with heat, so wash it by hand in lukewarm water with mild dish soap and keep it out of the dishwasher.
