Seven puck-prep pieces in one size
The IKAPE coffee bar set is a barista tool set for puck preparation, with an organizer and a mat to keep the bar tidy. The tools that go on the basket share one diameter: 51, 53.3 or 58.5 mm. IKAPE states that the set arranges all the coffee tools you need in a small space.
What is in the set
- V4 coffee tamper: sized to the basket diameter you choose.
- Gravity distributor: levels the coffee bed before tamping.
- Dosing ring: sits on the basket so the grounds land inside it. The 51 and 58.5 mm sets come with a magnetic dosing funnel, the 53.3 mm set with a Breville funnel.
- WDT tool: for stirring the grounds before you level them.
- V1 puck screen: goes on the tamped bed before you lock the portafilter in.
- ABS organizer: IKAPE states that each tool has its own fixed place in it.
- Silicone water filter mat: IKAPE states that it can hold the coffee machine or the tools and keeps coffee grounds and water off the bar.

How to use it
- Set the dosing ring on the basket and grind into it.

- Lay the puck screen on the bed and lock the portafilter in.
- Put each tool back in its place in the organizer and wipe the mat down.
Materials and care
The organizer is ABS and the mat is silicone. IKAPE states that the mat is easy to clean and can be washed directly with water.
Wipe the metal tools with a damp cloth after use and dry them, and rinse the puck screen while it is still warm so oils do not dry in the holes. Dry everything before it goes back into the organizer.
