Stainless Steel Extended Top Cover for Gaggia Classic
An extended top cover in 0.8 mm 304 stainless steel for the Gaggia Classic Pro, Evo, E24, RI9403 and other Gaggia Classic models built like the one in the photos. One flat plate covers the whole top, cups of any size fit on it, and a cup guard at the back keeps them from sliding off. Satin or bright finish.

One steel top for the whole machine
This Gaggia Classic top cover is one flat stainless plate, 194 × 234 mm, over the full top of the machine. It replaces the original top plate and the black plastic lid. It fits the Gaggia Classic Pro, Evo, E24 and RI9403, and other Gaggia Classic models built like the machine shown in the photos.
The cover stays within the machine's outline and does not stick out past it. The top becomes one larger, flat surface, and cups of any size fit on it.
There is no plastic fill section any more, and the top is closed; to fill the water tank, pull the tank out of the machine.
Cup guard at the back
Along the back edge a 135 mm strip is bent up about 11 mm, so cups can't slide off the back of the machine.
Satin or bright
The same part comes in two finishes at the same price: satin (brushed) or bright (mirror-polished).
How it fits
Remove the two screws at the back of the original top with a Phillips screwdriver, lift the top off and fix the extended cover in its place with the machine's original screws.
The two wires that were connected to the original top cover are fitted at the two rear screw points with the cable adapters in the box.
Materials and care
The cover is laser-cut and bent from 0.8 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-brushed or mirror-polished.
We make each cover ourselves and finish it by hand, so small surface marks and slight differences in finish can occur. Wash it by hand.
